The trial will be held at the United States District Court for the District of Columbia E. Barrett Prettyman Courthouse, which is located at 333 Constitution Avenue (between 3rd Street and 4th Street). The first 2 days of the trial will take place in the “ceremonial” court room on the 6th floor, #20, which is not Judge Kessler’s usual courtroom (#19).

Courthouse doors open at 8:00 AM. The public will be admitted to the courtroom at 9:15 AM Tuesday morning, Sept. 21. Trial begins at 9:30 AM.

Secret Note: Technicians are installing nine lines in the ceremonial court room. One line will go to the government, one to Judge Kessler, and seven lines to the defense.
