Thu, AM: Schwartz v. Gentry on “EW” cigarette testing

This morning, DOJ attempted to have adverse witness Jeffery Gentry’s corrected testimony thrown out in favor of DOJ’s original version.

Gentry is being grilled on the consumer acceptability of RJR’s tobacco-burning reduced risk “EW” product (”Winston Select”) tested in Oklahoma in 97.
