Oh yeah. And a 47-page submission from someone named Max Brazerman . . . .

The Joint Defense filed its latest witness list last Monday, March 14, 2005. The only apparent change is Fact Witness Bryan K. Stockdale (RJR Vice President of Retail and Wholesale Trade Marketing in 1988) has been dropped. He may have been to called to testify about RJR’s objections to Philip Morris’ “Retail Masters” program.
