UP NEXT: Exhibits

It may be a short day tomorrow. Dr. Richard J. Semenik will finish up within the first 1/2 hour, and then the court will address outstanding exhibit issues for perhaps 6 witnesses.

W. Kip Viscusi will testify Wednesday, and Mr. Szymanczyk on Thursday.
