NEW! COURT CALENDAR online
May 10, 2005 11:25 pm by Gene BorioUpdate 2: The calendar is back.
Update: I have no idea why the calendar site has been offline all day. It worked so well last night(!)
I’m trying to make sense of the Witness Roulette game these last few weeks. The resulting calendar, which I hope is helpful–especially for those trying to figure out which days court is actually in session–is here: http://my.calendars.net/DOJcal.
Remember to always check the official court calendar the night before at http://www.dcd.uscourts.gov/Weekly_Court_Schedule.pdf

The clock is ticking on this trial. 3-4 more weeks and the trial is over.
What then happens to this website?
Its probably going to take Judge Kessler 4-6 months to write a decision in this case.
After that, there probably wont be a heck of a lot to talk about!

Oh, after that tobacco will still be around. People will still be addicted to it, getting sick and dying from it. And Big Tobacco will still be doing everything it can to make that happen. That might not be a lot to talk about, I guess. Some might say that a product that kills one out of five Americans isn’t much to talk about. I don’t know.
