		<description>Section V on "prohibited practices" is pretty good, but most of these remedy requests are a legal joke.  Its as if the DOJ hasn't even seen the DCCA's decision on disgorgement, nor heard Judge Kesslers admonition to adhere to it. 

EG: What the heck does prohibiting Rum-flavored cigarettes have to do with RICO violations?  Since when does a Federal Judge have the authority to do that anyway?

Judge Kessler already said she had serious problems with many of these requests.  Now let's see how she responds to Tobacco's inevitable motion to have them all tossed out as legally unsupportable.
