Kessler Orders Parties to File Organized Exhibit Lists

It has come to the Court’s attention that there is no single, integrated, numerically-ordered list of admitted exhibits for either the public or the Court of Appeals. Accordingly, the Government shall prepare a comprehensive list of all admitted United States and Joint Exhibits. Defendants shall prepare a comprehensive list of all admitted defense exhibits. Both lists shall be filed and submitted to the Court no later than 12:00 p.m. on November 15, 2005. These two lists will be subject to any additional rulings the Court may make during the next few months on the admission of exhibits presented through prior depositions or prior testimony.
