The Court held a Status Conference on January 22, 2014. Based on the representations of the Counsel and discussions about the future progress of this case, it is hereby

ORDERED, that any oppositions to the three Motions for Leave to File Amicus Curiae Briefs [Dkt. Nos. 6027, 6028, and 6029] are due no later than January 28, 2014, at 4:00p.m., and any replies to those oppositions are due no later than January 30, 2014, at 4:00p.m.; and it is further

ORDERED, that the parties shall file praecipes of no longer than 30 pages addressing the various issues raised in the Status Conference no later than February 18, 2014, at 4:00 p.m.
