JOINT MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME

The Parties respectfully submit this joint motion seeking an extension of one week’s time to file a superseding consent order addressing the implementation of Corrective Statements following the D.C. Circuit’s decision in United States v. Philip Morris USA, Inc., 801 F.2d 150 (D.C. Cir. 2015). In support, the Parties state as follows:
In the memorandum opinion accompanying Order #62-Remand (Dkt. No. 6185), this Court issued revised language for the Corrective Statements.
Under Order #62-Remand (Dkt. No. 6184), the Court ordered the Parties to determine what minor changes were needed to implement the Corrective Statements and to submit those changes by April 1, 2016.

For the last two months, the Parties have discussed what changes are required to implement the Corrective Statements. The Parties have reached an agreement in principle.

The Parties respectfully request an extension of one week to finalize the superseding consent order, exhibits, and other related papers.

Pursuant to LCvR 7(m), the Parties have met and conferred on this motion, and have consented to an extension of one week, up to and including April 8, 2016. The mediator supports this request.
WHEREFORE, the Parties respectfully request the Court enter the attached (proposed)

order.
