Blynn, Guy M.

Mr. Blynn began with Defendant R.J. Reynolds between 1985 and 1987, primarily doing copyright and trademark law. Eventually his responsibilities grew to include marketing, and he rose to become Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Secretary of the company.
He is knowledgeable of Defendant R.J. Reynolds' marketing policies and practices, including their advertising both before and after the effective date of the Master Settlement Agreement. On occasion, he has attended Executive Committee meetings.
