Campbell, William I.
US Fact Witness
Mr. Campbell was the former President and CEO, and Chairman of Philip Morris USA during the 1990's. His long career at Philip Morris spanned four decades and included high level positions at various PM companies including Philip Morris International, Philip Morris Companies and Philip Morris USA. Mr. Campbell's involvement encompassed nearly every aspect of company business including marketing and sales. Prior to his retirement in 1995, Mr. Campbell testified on behalf of Philip Morris before Congress. During Mr. Campbell's career at Philip Morris, he served in the following positions:

- Vice President, Asia-Hong Kong, Philip Morris International (1976-1979)
- Philip Morris International, Canada (1967-1976)
Mr. Campbell also participated in coordinated tobacco industry activity, serving on the Council for Tobacco Research ("CTR") Board of Directors (1991-1995).
